Large Capacity Plant Drip Bag

1、 Development&Working Principles

1. Physical working principle

Relying on gravity potential energy for self flowing drip irrigation, without the need for external power equipment such as water pumps or power sources. After the bag is filled with water/fertilizer solution, it is hung and placed, and the liquid is driven to flow out by its own gravity; The matching pipeline is equipped with a buckle type flow control valve, and the sliding switch can open, close, and stop the water flow, achieving controllable drip speed.

The bag body is made of thick and sun resistant composite plastic film material, with a large capacity. It is equipped with a dedicated inlet hole for liquid filling, and the bottom drip irrigation hole is connected to the drip irrigation pipeline; Equipped with dual soil insertion pins, multiple points can be dripped simultaneously. Liquid seeps into the underground root system layer through needles, slowly saturating the soil and reducing water and fertilizer loss caused by surface evaporation and flooding.

2. Design and develop logic

1. Large capacity positioning: With significantly increased capacity, a single bag can provide long-term water and fertilizer supply for trees, reducing frequent water addition and suitable for single large water supply for trees and large trees.

2. Anti sun and wear-resistant bag body: Long term use in outdoor environments, UV resistant, not easily aged or damaged, supports repeated filling and recycling.

3. Dual pin multiple drip insertion: The two pins can be inserted separately into the root system in different directions, allowing for a wider range of water and fertilizer diffusion and avoiding single point centralized irrigation.

4. Split structure: rapid water injection through the inlet hole, drip irrigation hole connected to the pipeline; The bag is placed flat on the ground, making it easy to move and disassemble.

3、 Main usage scenarios

1. Transplanting large trees for landscaping and greening to keep them alive. Newly transplanted roadside trees and landscape trees have damaged root systems and weak water absorption capacity. Fill the bag with clean water or rooting water and fertilizer, insert double needles into the soil around the root zone of the tree, slowly and continuously drip water and fertilizer, reduce repeated manual watering, and improve the survival rate of transplanting large trees.

2. Construction sites, barren mountains, and mountainous areas without a fixed irrigation pipeline network for greening irrigation, as well as hillside forests, have inconvenient access to electricity and water pipes. Drip irrigation bags can be used for on-site water injection and targeted watering of trees. The equipment is lightweight and easy to transport, making it suitable for outdoor greening projects.

3. Daily maintenance of ancient and large trees, drought resistant maintenance of large and adult trees, and continuous watering during high temperature and drought seasons; Apply water-soluble fertilizers and soil amendments to deeply infiltrate root soil and improve compacted soil.

4. Economic tree irrigation in orchards: Water replenishment and application of water-soluble fertilizers during water shortage periods for fruit trees in orchards; Mountainous orchards do not have irrigation facilities, so they are used in bulk to save on manual watering costs.

5. Nursery base and nursery large-scale seedling slow seedling maintenance, fixed-point drip irrigation, to reduce water resource waste; Recycling and reusing to reduce the cost of irrigation consumables.

6. Emergency drought resistance and seedling protection. In hot and dry weather, emergency water replenishment should be provided for precious seedlings and newly planted trees. The liquid should slowly infiltrate, greatly reducing water evaporation loss.

4、 Basic usage points

1. Fill the top inlet with clean water or a pre mixed water fertilizer solution, and seal the inlet;

2. Place the drip irrigation bag steadily above the tree roots and connect the drip irrigation hole to a hose;

3. Separate the two blue portable pins and insert them into the soil around the tree roots, inserting them into the root layer;

4. Adjust the flow regulator to regulate the speed of dripping and achieve slow dripping;

5. After the liquid is dripped, empty and clean the bag body, and can be refilled with liquid for recycling;

Why use drip irrigation bags

In the transplanting and maintenance of landscape greening projects, as well as agricultural irrigation, watering has always been a key concern. Insufficient water leads to stunted plant growth, while over-watering may cause waterlogging at the roots, depriving trees of air and resulting in root rot. Especially in areas far from water sources or during scorching summer days, watering demands substantial human, material and financial resources. It is time-consuming and labor-intensive yet often fails to deliver satisfactory results, driving up costs and imposing heavy burdens.

Drip irrigation long needle

To address the above-mentioned challenges, our company has developed a mobile, large-capacity drip irrigation bag to greatly ease such concerns. Made of thickened sun-resistant material, this product supports long-term outdoor application. It holds around 50 liters (100 jin) of water with adjustable flow rate, sustaining water supply for up to about 7 days to meet trees' water requirements for growth. It saves labor and material resources.
